Swing Clubs for Michigan, Idaho and Alaska

I have added new listing pages for Idaho Swing Clubs, Alaska Swing Clubs and Michigan Swing Clubs.
And I have added TONS of clubs to the Florida swing clubs and georgia swing clubs listings.
